Dining

When it comes to dining, it’s as first-class as you’d expect. Led by Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Locatelli, the most refined option at One&Only Portonovi is Sabia, which focusses on local and seasonal ingredients – including a Raw Bar serving organic crude fruit and vegetables and a wood-fired oven for authentic artisan pizzas. It’s all washed down with a bottle of sommelier-picked wine or two from the sprawling walk-in cellar. Then, Tapasake – think contemporary pool-club chic complete with resident DJ and rooftop terrace – offers up sake-paired infusion Asian dining, from sushi and sashimi to ceviche and carpaccio. That’s alongside an authentic Montenegrin restaurant, chic cocktail bar and several private dining options.

Facilities

With a private sandy beach and six guest pools, One&Only Portonovi is made for relaxation. And, at the Chento Espace spa – famed as one of the world’s best holistic wellness spa brands – it doesn't get much more indulgent.
