Ellerman House consists of a main house and two magnificent villas. Within the main house, room categories vary from the Classic House Room to spectacular Suites. The two private Villas are ideal for exclusive use for families or groups. With an average size of 323sq feet, the Classic Room, as per all rooms, features a complimentary minibar, en-suite facilities, heated floors and satellite TV. The Superior House room only differs as it offers ocean views, whilst the Deluxe Spa Room has an increased size and access to a shared pool and deck. The most luxurious of all, the Ellerman House Villa Two, features outdoor living, an infinity pool, study area, cinema, private terraces, interactive designer kitchen and three bedrooms with open-plan bathrooms.

Vibrant recipes highlighted by Cape Malay spices and organic fruit and vegetables feature within the gourmet cuisine offered by Ellerman House, the menu items change daily but central around modern European-style dishes. Guests are welcome to make requests aside from the daily a la carte menu, with a guest pantry stocked with homemade fare, available 24/7 alongside a healthy menu for those seeking healthier options.
