The Mediterranean islands of Malta, Gozo and Comino offer a combination of historical and cultural excursions as well as excellent quality accommodation and plenty of summer sunshine - making it an ideal destination for a short break or longer holiday with the family. Gozo, with its lush green landscapes, sandy beaches and superb diving makes a great twin centre with its bigger neighbour, offering a genuine contrast in islands and way of life, and Comino with its famous Blue Grotto . This tailor-made holiday does just that, as you spend four nights on Malta itself before heading by ferry across to Gozo for a further three nights, making this the perfect weeklong Malta experience.

Malta
Enjoy included airport lounge access before flying to Malta where you'll be met and transferred to your hotel set just outside the ancient city walls of Valletta. The Phoenicia is set in lush gardens and only a short walk from both the ferry to Sliema and the Barakka Lift, which links to Valletta's waterfront and promenade, the perfect spot to relax when you're not off exploring the island's many historical and cultural treasures. There's a host of excursions to choose from, too, or you might prefer to hire a car and make your own way round (not included). Whichever method of seeing the island you prefer, make sure you don't miss the spectacular Blue Lagoon on the small island of Comino and the historic landmarks of Valletta including the impressive Co-Cathedral of St. Johns.

Gozo
A transfer and scenic ferry crossing will take you to the island of Gozo, off Malta's north-west coast. Your Gozo transfer will be waiting to take you to Hotel Ta Cenc, set on the highest point of the island with superb view over Malta and neighbouring island Comino. Spend three days exploring Gozo's sandy beaches and historic sites including the pilgrimage site at Ta'Pinu church and the island's capital Victoria. A hire car is a superb way to explore the island (not included) or, if you prefer, the local bus system is cheap, efficient and a great way to get around.
